All-on-4 Full Arch BridgeIn 1993, Dr. Paulo Malo pioneered the All-on-4 concept. By 2003, Malo and his team had refined the design of the “All-on-4” immediate implant bridge. This concept hinges on the idea that four strategically placed implants—two straight in the front and two angled at the back—can adequately support a full-arch fixed prosthesis in either the upper or lower jaw. Numerous long-term studies and published data on the “All-on-4” approach have shown cumulative survival rates ranging from 92.2% to 100%. The “All-on-4” system is compatible with both Hybrid (titanium bar reinforced acrylic) and Full Contour Prettau Zirconia bridges. |
